I find this bench to be a great value but more importantly a very solid well built addition to my home gym. It gives me the stability to go heavy with very good adjustment for various lifts. I researched quite a few others by many different companies and although there are some very nice ones out there this one definitely gave me everything I was looking for at a price that was at least one hundred or more less to buy. When looking at the build and design of this Hoist bench it was an easy choice for me. Very nice bench even if it cost more!
