Disconnects profile while using
I just started using my elliptical since buying it in October and setting it up. I have two profiles that loaded and then while working out on it, the system stopped and just reset itself to the original generic users. Now I have not been able to update to allow the two users to use it again. I have tried to reconnect it to the computer I was using. The instruction manual does not have this as an issue or for troubleshooting.

Great Elliptical for home
I have had this for about a month. This elliptical is sturdy and provides a good workout. It is also easy to move around if necessary. Johnson Fitness installed it for me, and did a great job. I will not miss the gym with this in my home.
